addition to NexVira’s policies.

provided by the payment gateway. All transactions will be processed in the currency
displayed at checkout.

Authorization: By submitting payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to

complete. You consent to the charging of the full transaction amount, including

reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or
terminating your account if fraudulent activity is detected.

cases, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue with your payment service
provider.

bank or payment service provider, including transaction or currency conversion fees,

● Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding payments processed through the
NexVira platform should be addressed first with NexVira customer support. If
further resolution is required, we may involve the payment gateway provider.

● Changes to Payment Terms: NexVira reserves the right to modify its payment
gateway terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes that may affect your
transactions. Continued use of the payment gateway after modifications implies
acceptance of the revised terms.
